Firebird AST Achieves ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 Certifications
/Firebird is proud to announce our achievement of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 (formally known as ISO/IEC 27001:2005) certifications by NQA. ISO 9001:2015 is the world's most widely recognized quality management standard. This standard and certification was selected specifically to validate Firebird’s ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our federal customers. ISO 27001:2013 provides a framework for an Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) that enables the continued accessibility, confidentiality and integrity of information as well as legal compliance.
ISO 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

We created a Quality Policy and an Information Security Policy that recognizes the significant role our employees play in the quality and security of all Firebird services.
