Bruce H. MacNair – Founder and President
Bruce MacNair has nearly two decades of professional experience in national security and defense. During the past 13 years he has served in numerous capacities providing direct, impactful, all source intelligence analysis and targeting development support specifically to counter-improvised explosive device (C-IED) and counterterrorism operational missions of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) clients in multiple theaters of operation (OCONUS and CONUS).
Randy Lange – Chief Executive Officer
Randy Lange has two decades of experience in the sales and delivery of professional services within the federal sector. He has built a reputation in the industry as a trusted advisor to decision makers within the public- and private sector ecosystem supporting the federal government. He has built a network of professional relationships that combines significant breadth in the Gov-Con market and specific depth in consulting services, IT, program management, and mission support.
Michelle Stanley – Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Stanley has more than a decade of experience in government contracting. She started in the industry by providing onsite training and assessments to the government client across the country. From there, she transitioned into leadership roles with Lockheed Martin, providing project management and team lead oversight to numerous government projects where she was recognized for outstanding achievements, receiving both a Special Recognition Award (SRA) and two SPOT awards.
